Details matter. The elements that are included in wedding flat lays and detail shots are small but mighty. They are the pieces that bring a wedding or event together. Unfortunately, there is not always enough time on event days to style these images while also focusing on all the other tasks at hand.
Imagine having completely customized flat lays ready for the photographer on the day of an event. I arrive on-site with all props and materials ready to create multiple setups of the invitation, coordinating day-of paper goods, personal details, accessories, bouquets, other personal florals, and more.
This service is perfect for wedding planners and photographers who want to provide the ultimate detailed experience to their clients.

Product and Brand Styling

Styling for products and brands gives them context and a sense of time and place. They both benefit from custom styling to best reach your ideal clients. Allowing your clients to see your product and brand clearly and cohesively styled will elevate the story you are trying to tell.
Product styling is perfect for those who want their physical goods to be the hero of the shot. Creating a visual with props that enhance rather than overpower the product is a delicate balance and is important for reaching your viewers.
Brand styling is perfect for those who want to show their client how relative their brand or service is to them. It is a great way to infuse your brand’s personality into your visual content.
Whether for your product or brand, I provide the necessary styling for you to effectively communicate what you are providing to your audience.

Interiors and Displays

Have you ever flipped through a magazine and wondered how the rooms look just so? Chances are a prop stylist brought their unicorn hands to the space and meticulously nudged folds into the blankets, strategically placed the utensils, and precisely twisted branches in a vase all with the intent of an effortless display.
As an interior stylist, it is my goal to create a lived-in and functional space that inspires viewers. Going beyond trends and styling with purpose. Styling for displays, whether storefront, in-store, or at an event is an amazing way to create an immersive experience for your clients.

OPTION FOUR
The Styled Station
STARTING FROM $500
Niki Marie Photography and Birch Affair present The Styled Station, a customized collection of styled images exclusive to wedding stationers.
The Styled Station is ideal for wedding stationers who want to refine and elevate the way their work is styled and photographed. Our goal is to provide cohesive and intentional imagery while maintaining a true representation of the stationer's work.
Wedding stationers will have the opportunity to choose from several packages each including customized flat lay setups, props, and backgrounds tailored to their stationery, and receive a full digital gallery of images.
THE PROCESS
Remember that with most things, this process may not be linear. We will likely revise plans, scrap ideas and change directions throughout our time working together. I will communicate every step of the way and bring my expertise to the project.
Step One
WE’LL GET TO KNOW ONE ANOTHER
I’ll learn about you, your business, and your needs. I’ll send out a questionnaire and your responses will be used as our foundation for a deep dive into where we’ll take your styling.
Step Two
WE’LL SET THE TONE
I will create a vision board and plan of action. This will include a color palette, props, vendors to source, layout plans, timeline, mockups, and more. We will make necessary revisions and set the shoot date, location, etc. I will communicate with the photographer and any other vendors involved, making sure everyone is on the same page, and go over details so we are prepared for the shoot date.
Step Three
WE’LL SEE EVERYTHING COME TO LIFE
We will create some magic. I will arrive on-site with all the props and materials we need. I will create all of our discussed plans and work closely with the photographer to make sure we are providing you with everything you want and need.
